This is a monthly membership

No deposit. Your first month is invoiced as soon as you have signed, then on the same day every month from your start date.
Pay by bank transfer (our preference - the invoice carries our bank details) or by card, which is then charged automatically each month.
You sign the Dedicated Desk agreement first - we email you the signing link straight away. Main Office then countersigns and your membership is confirmed.
Start on any weekday (Monday to Friday) from the next business day - reception sets up your desk and access pass in person.
No lock-in: 30 days' notice to leave, by contacting reception.
Need a screen? Tick Add a monitor - $10 a day, billed $200.00 + GST a month with your desk and invoiced in advance.
Two desks? Give us the second person's name - both desks go on the one agreement and each person gets their own pass and portal login.
We need your company name, ABN and a photo of your ID (e.g. driver's licence) - required for the agreement and our records.

How you'll pay

Bank transfer preferred
We email your invoice (bank details on it) as soon as you've signed, then each month a week before it falls due.Card
Pay your first month by card once you've signed; the card is then charged automatically on the same day each month.

I understand this is a recurring monthly membership of $600.00 + GST ($660.00 incl. GST) for 1 dedicated desk, invoiced on the same day each month until cancelled with 30 days' notice, and I accept the terms and conditions.

Next: we email you the agreement to e-sign. As soon as you've signed, we email your first month's invoice, Main Office countersigns and your membership is confirmed.
